INFORMATION ABOUT THE WEBSITE AND THE GOODS

We strive to ensure all information on the Enzo website—including product descriptions and prices—is as accurate as possible. However, errors may occasionally occur. We aim to correct any mistakes swiftly, and if an error affects your order, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that promotions and product availability may differ between our online and in-store offerings.

You acknowledge that:

  • Product colors on the website may vary due to display settings.
  • All sizes and measurements are approximate.
  • Product availability is subject to change.
  • Delivery timeframes mentioned are estimates only.
  • Online offers may not be available in-store, and vice versa.

You are responsible for keeping your account details—including login and password—confidential.

HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE

Steps to order:

  1. Add products to your cart.
  2. Log in with your account details.
  3. Enter billing address.
  4. Enter delivery address.
  5. Confirm your order.

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Once your order is accepted, you will receive an order acknowledgment containing your order number and product details.

Note: This acknowledgment is confirmation of order receipt only. Orders will be processed upon receiving full payment.

Once the order is ready for dispatch, we will call you to notify and provide delivery details. If a product is unavailable, it will not be included in the call confirmation.

Prices may be viewed in your local currency, but all transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED) at checkout. You will see the equivalent amount in your local currency on your bank statement.

Delivery charges are based on the delivery address and shown during the order process. Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT and applicable taxes.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet by contacting us at enzoalainmall@gmail.com or +971 56 411 2586 within 2 working days from the date of placing the order.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure. Refunds exclude shipping costs. Return shipping is your responsibility, so we recommend using insured and trackable delivery methods.

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

To request an exchange or refund, contact us at enzoalainmall@gmail.com with your order number.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, undamaged condition with tags/cards intact.
  • Do not wear perfume or deodorants when trying on items.
  • Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted if goods show signs of wear or handling.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment card, excluding shipping costs.
  • If your card has expired, refunds may take longer but will still be processed to your original account.
  • Any promotional discount or free item must also be returned to receive a full refund.

Returns are processed within 7 working days after we receive the product. During peak seasons, processing might take longer. If you do not hear from us within 10 working days, contact enzoalainmall@gmail.com.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

You may exchange an item once, for a different size or design of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not refund original shipping costs or reimburse return courier fees.

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing: up to 7 days
  • Shipping: 3–5 working days
  • Total: 10–15 business days

During peak periods, processing may take longer. Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you via phone call.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to courier issues, holidays, or natural events.

TAXES & DUTIES

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, or brokerage charges imposed by customs. We advise you to check with your local customs authority before placing an order.
