Delivery Timeframe

- UAE Orders: Delivered within 2 business days.
- International Orders:
- Processing Time: Up to 7 days
- Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
- Total Delivery Time: Typically 10–14 business days from the order date.
During peak sales periods or public holidays, order processing may take up to 10 days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a phone call confirming the shipment and sharing tracking details. Please note, we are unable to make changes or redirect orders after dispatch.
Couriers & Responsibility
We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery courier based on the destination country. Common couriers used include SMSA, DHL, and UPS.
Shipping times may vary due to:

Taxes & Duties
Enzo operates under a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) policy for all international orders. This means:
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, clearance fees, and additional charges required by their country’s customs regulations.
- Charges will be collected by the courier (SMSA / DHL / UPS) upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority for accurate landed costs before completing your order.
