We want you to be completely satisfied with your Enzo purchase. If for any reason you’re not, please review our return and refund policy below.

Order Cancellation

  • Ready-made Items:
    You may cancel your ready-made order before it is dispatched for a full refund. To request a cancellation, email us at enzoalainmall@gmail.com or call +971 56 411 2586 with your order number.
    Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow our return process instead.
  • Customized Items:
    Orders for customized items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Promotional bundles must be returned in full.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the criteria, you may choose:

  • A refund to your original payment method.
  • A one-time exchange for a different size or item of equal or lesser value.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Allow 7 business days for processing after the return is received.
  • Refunds may take 10–14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • For promotional offers (e.g., buy-one-get-one), all items must be returned. If not, the value of the missing item will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized orders
  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Items returned without original packaging or receipt
  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window
